4.10.8 How to Purchase Benefits Planning Services, revised to clarify that benefits planning services can only be purchased from specific providers.
6.4.14 Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) Devices, revised to ensure consistency with industry standards and processes for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement guidelines.

Chapter 3: Eligibility, revised to update purchasing policies related to eligibility, level of significance, and disability classification.
Chapter 5: Counseling and Guidance, revised in its entirety to explain that counseling and guidance are core services of vocational rehabilitation, as required by WIOA and the Code of Federal Regulations.
6.1 Physical Restoration, 6.2 Professional Medical Service Providers, 6.3 Clinical Settings, revised to clarify processes and procedures that are specified in the Medical Services Required Practices Guide and also incorporate content that was relocated from other sections of the RPM as a part of the Purchasing Revisions bundle.
6.4.35 Wound Care, revised to clarify requirements for review and approval of wound care services.
6.5.7 Post-Acute Brain Injury (PABI) Services for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), revised because the CRS and ILS program policy will not be included in the RPM as of 9/1/16.

8.3.3 CRP Services, Outcome, and Procedures revised to direct readers to the DRS Standards for Providers for descriptions of CRP and other contracted services, including staff qualifications, fees, and required documentation.

11.2 Vehicle Modification and Services, revised to add content from guidance document to clarify required documentation and purchasing procedures (part of purchasing revisions); incorporates content from RPM 13.3.9 and 13.3.10 for greater clarity on vehicle modification purchasing assistance.
13.3.9 Helping the Consumer Purchase a Modified Vehicle or Vehicle for Modification, 13.3.10 Helping the Consumer with Payments for a Modified Vehicle, revised to delete content (moved to RPM 11.2, Vehicle Modification and Services).
Independent Living Services, chapter deleted because the CRS and ILS program policy will not be included in the RPM as of 9/1/16.
Purchasing Goods and Services for Consumers, revised in conjunction with new Chapter 43: Purchasing Goods and Services for Consumers, in DBS Vocational Rehabilitation Manual. Revised together to be clarify and update the process of purchasing goods and services for consumers. NOTE: DBS VRM Chapter 43 and DRS RPM Chapter 17 will contain identical content.
